WE HAVE A NON-SMOKING STORE, BUT THERE IS A SMOKER IN OUR HOUSEHOLD AND AS WELL, SOMETIMES WE ARE CUTTING FROM VINTAGE FABRICS WE HAVE OBTAINED FROM OTHERS, SO I CANNOT GUARANTE ABSOLUTELY NO ODORS, SO ANYONE WHO IS PARTICULARLY SENSITIVE, PLEASE BEWARE. If you are buying multiple items please wait for us to combine your invoice from this end, each time you forward a payment through Paypal they charge us and we have no choice but to pass that cost on to you, so to save yourself some money on multiple buys please pay just once. Payment is expected in a reasonable period of time. Paypal is the only method we can accept due to ebay's new rules. We are a registered vendor in Canada and therefore must collect sales taxes based on which province you live in. All U.S. and International shipments are tax exempt. We always combine multiple purchases to save you what we can on the shipping - we are happy to hold any items you are buying for a reasonable length of time while you are still shopping. We ship when we receive your payment. There are no set days for shipping - we go to the post office when we have items to mail - usually daily. Small items are sent airmail letter post - larger parcels are sent by expedited parcels. We also use FEDEX and UPS for some parcels if the buyer wishes. Please keep in mind that we are located in Canada and therefore cross border shipping usually takes a few extra days due to security measures being what they are. If you live close by and wish to pick up your items that is fine. Let us know and we will make arrangements for that. Insurance is always available at $1.30 per $50.00 of your order. For large parcels we include insurance in the price. Breakables must be insured.
