Everything in the Written DescriptionYou receive everything in the typed written description. We reserve the right to make substitutions if we are out of stock. The item will be of equal or higher value. Photos are examples only of the items we stock. You DO NOT receive everything in the photos. The themes are generally selected randomly from our inventory. Also, most items are listed by the piece, not necessarily by the package or sheet. Do you have a handling charge? Yes, we charge a reasonable handling charge on each shipment. The charge is between $2-$3 for U.S. shipments, $3-$4 for Canada/Mexico and $3-$5 for all other international shipments. The charge covers costs associated with shipping including time, shipping supplies, printing supplies and transportation to and from the mail center. Where do you get your supplies from? We are a scrapbook outlet for many major wholesale companies. The items we receive are all new and unused, however, some items may not be in retail packaging. This does not diminish the usability of the items we sale. When do I receive my kit? We generally ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The in transit time will vary depending on the shipping method paid for and can be found at USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our location this includes loss or damage. The Buyer is responsible for filing all claims if insurance is purchased. Insurance is required on ALL international packages. Payment Terms . . . Multiple Purchases . . . Non-Paying Bidders We do combine shipping within a 5 day period. Please request a combined invoice if you want a shipment combined AND to receive a shipping discount. We do not give shipping discounts if the items are paid separately. If auctions are not paid for within 7 days after winning and no contact is made with payment arrangements, an unpaid item complaint will be filed with eBay. If you make a bid in error or if someone else uses your ID to make a bid, we hold the eBay member responsible for any non-refundable listing fees. PaymentWe ask that contact us within 3 days of the auction close regarding your payment method. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase. Please email if you need more time or if you are still bidding on other auctions. We accept Pay Pal, Money Orders and Certified Checks in U.S. funds. We will accept Personal Checks if you have been an eBay member over 6 months with good feedback. All personal checks will be held for 7-10 business days (no exceptions). Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event you want to return it, just email us for an approval within 5 days of receipt of package. You will be refunded the full purchase price (minus shipping/handling) once the item is returned in its original condition. PayPal and eBay recommend tracking and insurance, damaged or lost returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
