THESE OLD TEXTILE MILLS BOBBINS / SPOOLS ARE RIDGED / GROOVED FROM 3" FROM THE TOP TO BOTTOM. EACH HAS A BRASS BOTTOM CAP AND A SILVER WIRE-TYPE 3 ROW BAND AT THE OUTTER TOP.
