Up for bidding 9 Yards of Blue Sheer Offray Ribbon. This ribbon and is 2 1/2" wide, and lightly wired. This is a really pretty ribbon. This ribbon is good for scrapbooking, hair ribbons, home sewing and decorating. I ship off the spool to keep shipping cost down. This ribbon is priced to sell. I ship items on Tuesdays, and Fridays, once the payment has cleared. Please note, that I will not be held responsible for items after they leave my hands at the post office, unless they are insured. Shipping insurance is optional, at the cost of $1.70. I charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $2.20. I do combine shipping on ribbon purchases. I take the highest shipping charge, and add one half of each additional shipping charge, for the first three. The fourth and up, are an additional .50 each. I stop billing for additional shipping, once the shipping = $10.00, as long as, the total items you purchase, fit in a shirt size box, no matter how many, of course shipping to Canada is another story, due to high shipping cost. Email for details to Canada . All sales are final. I try to describe my items as accurately as I can, but sometimes, I may overlook something. If you are not happy, due to my mistake, please do not leave a negative or neutral feedback, without first contacting me. I will try my best to work it out.
