This is a llama fleece that was professionally sheared this spring. It is a beautiful black with white guard hairs. This fleece has a staple length of about 2-4 inches and is very soft. It weighs about 2 pounds 12 ounces. It is straight off the animal so you get the dust and vegetable matter that comes with it. Other than a little dust, this fleece has a small amount vegetable matter in it. Will work great for spinning and/or crafts.
