This is a llama fleece that was professionally sheared this spring. It is a beautiful brown with several shades. This fleece has a staple length of about 4 inches and has a nice crimp. It weighs about 1 pound 12 ounces. It is straight off the animal so you get the dust and vegetable matter that comes with it. Other than a little dust, this fleece has a small amount vegetable matter in it, mostly in the form of long grass which is easily removed. Will work great for spinning and/or crafts.
