This is a llama fleece that was professionally sheared this spring. It is a beautiful white and is VERY soft. This fleece has a staple length of about 6+ inches and has parts that are slightly matted, due to the length. It weighs about 1 pound. It is straight off the animal so you get the dust and vegetable matter that comes with it. This fleece does have some vegetable matter in it. Will work great for spinning and/or crafts.
