All my patterns are brand new and come from a smoke-free environment.The model of this design was stitched on #40 count linen over two threads using one ply of silk. A DMC conversion chart is provided. The size of the design using this count would be 5-1/4" x 4", and the stitch count of this design is 106w x 82h. On #28 or #14 counts the size of the pattern would be 7-1/2" x 5-3/4". The entire design is stitched in cross stitches, no backstitches. An old fashioned sampler. The saying around all 4 sides states: "I have done this to lett you see what cair my parents took of me." the picture within the word frame is a floral with the sun in the background and some bees getting ready to collect honey.
