Welcome to my auction. I am pleased to offer you this near new condition Mat Cutter. The brand is a Dexter and this item was used only once and stored away. The cutter comes with 2 extra Dexter Blades. Shipping: Item will usually be shipped by Priority Mail and occasionally by other more economical means. Sorry, Locations in the USA only. We ship the next business day after payment clears. We use the shipping address you have in papal, and it is your responsibility to make sure this is correct. If you buy multiple items we can combine shipping. If the auctions for items you want to combine don't end at the same time, it is suggested that you contact us through eBay regarding combined shipping. Insurance: Once you pay for this item, it belongs to you. We care about our customers and want to make them happy. My responsibility is to use reasonable care packaging the item and getting it to the post office within a business day - which I will be sure to do. Unfortunately, I can't be responsible if the post office damages or loses your item due to gross negligence. If you are concerned about this happening, I suggest buying the optional post office insurance for $1.70 (items up to $50) so that you could file a claim with them. Payment: We very much prefer Papal, but we will accept a cashiers check or money order Payment should be made within three business days. If you are having problems paying within that timeframe please contact me through eBay to let me know, preferably before the auction ends. If you don't pay and don't contact me a non-paying bidder will be reported to eBay. Contacting us: After the auction ends and you need to contact us the best way to do so is through eBay rather than direct email. You will get a faster response this way. We check messages on eBay more often than email (but we do check email at least daily). Policy for Feedback: I don't consider any auction to be complete until I know the buyer is happy. Therefore, I will leave feedback after the buyer has done so. I enjoy leaving positive feedback and look forward to being able to do so! Returns: Occasionally mistakes are made in the item descriptions, this is a valid reason for returning the item, there may be other reasons that are valid for returning an item and will be done on a case by case basis.
