You are bidding on a brand new set of Fussy Cut Rulers. This is a trio of rulers that are 3/16 inch thick. They come in 3 sizes, 6.5, 4.5 and 3.5 inches. They are excellent for centering designs, florals, novelty prints, etc. You can center them in blocks, cornerstones, etc. They are marked with an x and divided in fourths and they have a 1/4 inch seam allowance so you can accurately place items in the center. A fussy cut is a selected image, such as a flower, centered in your block. With a Fussy Cut Ruler, cyou can cut the identical image repeatedly with ease. To use these rulers, place the ruler on top of your image, and center your image on the x which is marked on the ruler. Or, you can place a piece of InvisiGrip on the top side of the ruler, trace the outline of the fussy cut on the top with a permanent marking pen and then cut all your pieces exactly the same. They are used alot in her new book Quilts though the Seasons.
