Our used merchandise is sold "As-Is" and is not subject to Return. If products arrive defective or not as described, we will replace new items or refund your purchase price for used items. If items don't suit your purpose, or you change your mind, we charge a 25% re-stocking fee on items you return to us with pre-paid shipping. We will not accept opened new items for credit or refund.
