LOUET S10 SPINNING WHEEL IN EXCELLENT WORKING ORDER Since 1974 the Louët team in Holland has been designing and manufacturing well-balanced spinning wheels which have been engineered to be easy-to-use, durable, low-maintenance, aesthetically pleasing, and productive. These wheels treadle lightly, are easy to learn on, and can be modified to satisfy the most expert spinner. The standard wheels have been designed to be suitable for spinning fine to medium yarns, and bobbins and flyers are available for spinning medium to heavy yarns. Technically, all models are the same. Each wheel has a single belt bobbin drive with an adjustable flyer brake to regulate the tension. The fly wheels of all models are 20" in diameter. Suits beginners as well as accomplished spinners.It runs very smoothly!All parts have been cleaned and wood treated with furniture oil.
