Use this special box in many ways....trinkets....jewelry....receipe cards...small hope chest...you name it. It is approx: 4 1/8" high at the back, 3 1/2" at the front, 5 1/2" long and 4" deep. It is lined with black velvet cloth and has not seen much wear or actual use. Nice little latch and hinges and the narrow trim along the edges is real wood that has a small flower and fauna carved into the wood. The handtooling of the leather is well done notice how the leather pattern matches where the lid meets the body of the box. The trim has a couple of very small nicks but the rest of this object is in very good to excellent condition. Nice gift or collectable that can be displayed with pride in any type of decorative scheme, and be used in so many ways! Thanks for looking and bidding........
