You are bidding on 4 cones weighing about 2 pounds each, for a total of 8 lbs. gross weight. This yarn is 100% silk noil yarn in vivid "mallard" teal color. Approximately 4000 yards per pound, size 15/3, you get 8000 (+/-) yards on each cone. Stored in my smoke-free weaving studio. I am relocating my studio this fall and need to reduce my yarn inventory, offered at below wholesale prices! This is a raw silk style yarn with little noils of texture, nice matte finish and soft, dry hand. Suitable for weaving or fine knitting or other fine yarn craft.
