Also has 3" string fringe on both ends. Multicolor materials. Don't know era. If you want to know my refund policy--there is none. Items are previously used unless stated otherwise. If you are a Missouri resident, we must charge sales tax. The buyer is to pay and be responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance.
