Description

Untitled Document This item is our "Political Button Templates - Series 3" CD. Using this CD, you can easily create professional quality designs for political campaign buttons, even if you have little or no graphic design experience! To use it, simply choose any of the 151 templates found on the CD, then add text (which is typically nothing more than just the candidate's name and postion they are seeking) using any graphics program that allows you to work with .jpg files. When you are satisfied with the look, send your finished design to print. It's that easy! * * * * * Our "Political Button Templates - Series 3" CD contains many of the same templates we use at Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges & More to create campaign buttons for candidates all over the United States! The templates on the CD have been sized and sorted so you can easily create designs in any (or all) the following button sizes: 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-3/4", 2-1/4", 3", 3-1/2", BAM-size 2-1/4" and BAM-size 3" "Political Button Templates - Series 3" can be used with MAC and Windows computers. "Political Button Templates - Series 3" normally sells for $79.95, but you can purchase it here on eBay, for only $59.95 * * * * * Making Political Campaign Buttons If you are a button-maker and not making political campaign buttons, you're missing out on an incredible opportunity. An opportunity that could earn you as much as $123 an hour! And the only reason more people aren't making campaign buttons is that they don't have the design skills necessary to create the specialized backgrounds polticians want on their buttons. Things like flags, banners, stars... you know, political-looking stuff. I know, because when I started making buttons back in 1990, that's exactly what kept me from making political campaign buttons. I wanted to make them, because I knew that's where the money was. But I was unable to create those specialized backgrounds myself and I couldn't afford to pay a graphic artist $50-$100 an hour to create them for me. So I waited 9 years, until I hired my first full-time graphic artist, until I started making them. Things have changed since then. What is now possible for you now, that simply was not possible for me back then, is that you can purchase any of the four "Political Button Template CDs" we now offer and make political buttons even if you have little or no graphic design experience. That's because our "Political Button Template CDs" contain political button templates that have all the graphic elements (stars, banners, flags) in place. All you need to do is add text, and that typically amounts to nothing more than the candidate's name and position they are seeking. When the design looks the way you want, send it to print. Shown below are examples that illustrate just how easy it is! (These templates are from our Political Button Templates- Series 3 CD). Design # 3-11   Design # 3-36c Design # 3-36b   Design # 3-40a Design # 3-25 Design # 3-01 Design # 3-39a Design # 3-31 Design # 3-03 Design # 3-21 In the column on the left are a few of our templates, as you would find them on our Political Button Templates CDs, before text has been added. In the column on the right are what your finished buttons might look like, after text has been added. Why Making Political Campaign Buttons Is So Profitable! The reason that making political campaign buttons can be so profitable (at least when using our Political Button Templates CDs) is that it doesn't take much time or effort to create the designs. With campaign buttons, you typically create a single design for a candidate, duplicate the finished design to fill the page on your computer, print the necessary number of designs and then make however many buttons you need to complete the order. So let's do a breakdown of the costs and profits associated with doing an order of political campaign buttons. For this example, let's say you were going to make 100 campaign buttons for a candidate and to do so you were going to charge $100. (You are free to charge whatever you wish, but we currently charge $109.95 for 100 2-1/4" buttons). As mentioned earlier, creating a design with any of our Political Button Templates CDs is simply a matter of selecting the design you wish to use, adding the candidate's name, the office they are seeking, and sending it to print. This might take you 10 minutes. Once you've printed your design, you will need to produce the buttons. With a good-quality button machine (like our Model 225) that might take you another 20-30 minutes. To be conservative, let's say it takes 30 minutes. So, in this example, the total amount of time necessary to design and make 100 campaign buttons would be about 40 minutes. Now, let's determine the cost of supplies necessary to make 100 buttons. You can purchase 1000 2-1/4" pin-back button sets from my company, Dr. Don's Buttons, Badges and More, for $129.95. That price even includes FREE SHIPPING by UPS Ground (within the continental U.S.) Purchased in a quantity of 1000, the cost per button works out to 13¢ each. (13¢ x 100 = $13.00) Now, let's factor in the cost of printing your designs. If you are using an inkjet printer, that would be the cost of ink and paper. Let's say that averaged out to be 5¢ per design. (5¢ x 100 = $5.00) So the cost of materials to make 100 buttons would be about $18.00. $100.00 - $18.00 = $82.00 So in this example, your profit would be $82.00. To determine how much you would earn per hour, you divide the time spent making your buttons into the amount of profit you earn. So we will divide the $82.00 profit by the 40 minutes we spent producing the order. That gives us a profit of $2.05 per minute or $123.00 per hour!! For most people, making $123.00 an hour is simply unimaginable. When you first start making buttons, it's not likely you would be making buttons 40 hours a week. As with any endeavor, it will take time to build your button business. But as more and more people learn that you are making them, your button business will grow. Making buttons is one way to create a better life for you and your family. I did it... and you can, too! So, are you ready to get started? If so, get your copy of Political Button Templates - Series 3 CD today!
