Prismacolor pencils have thick, soft leads made from brilliant, light-resistant pigments. The colors are easy to blend, slow to wear, and waterproof. Each round wooden pencil is unsharpened and lacquered to match the core. Packaged in a collectible tin. Where did all this stuff come from? All this stuff belongs to a friend of mine who owned an Art Supply store in Michigan. Times are tough all over and Michigan is somewhere in the lead when it comes to hard times. The Art Supply business isn't the most profitable business to begin with and piling on a failing economy...well, unfortunately he had to close his store. We are doing him a favor by using our eBay skills to generate some cash for him so he can pay his bills. What else is there? We have a lot of stuff and it's all in boxes, so PLEASE do not ask what else we have as we are going to list it as we discover it. If you ask "Do you have anymore of these?" and I tell you "No" and the next day we list some more of that item it's because we just discovered more. Are items returnable? No. Well, I should say probably no. If we make a mistake, like send you the wrong thing or something like that, then yes. If you don't like or want what you bought, then no. Simple as that. Let's try to make this as simple as possible for both of us. We are going to make listings as clear and simple as we can since we have so much stuff. Normally, our listings are the most informative listings we can make, but since this stuff is what we call "In & Out" (meaning we aren't going to stock it again) it doesn't make much sense to spend a million hours developing listings that will only be used once or twice.
