They are intended to be the closure on the purse. The material is sewn around the frame like a hem thereby eleminating the need for additional handles. These are hinged or spring loaded. Included in this auction:1 set of hinged metal purse frames 16" x 8"1 set of hinged metal purse frames 12" x 8"1 set of hinged metal purse frames 7 1/2" x 5 1/2"1 set of hinged metal purse frames 6" x 4"1 set of spring loaded purse frames 8 1/2" in length. Please note colors may not be as they appear due to differences in monitors and scanners.Shipping Policies: Please read b/4 bidding.I will combine shipping if you win multiple auctions. If you win multiple auctions please request an invoice from me before you pay as you will save on shipping in most cases. For multiple auction winners: Once the auctions end let me know that you would like your total so I know you are done bidding. I will pack your items and weigh to get an accurate shipping total. Often I can fit things in a Flat Rate Container and save quite a bit especially to the east and west coasts. If this is the only item you are buying you may pay from the winning notification you receive, you don't have to wait for an invoice. Domestic Shipping:I have insurance as an option for domestic mail. If you choose to not opt for insurance, shipping is at your own risk. I haven't had any trouble yet but you never know. For International Shipping: I ship USPS 1st class International up to 4#. 1st class international doesn't have the insurance option. If you choose to ship 1st class international, shipping is at your own risk. I haven't had any trouble yet but you never know. You are responsible for any import tariffs or fees.General Shipping:Please note I only charge costs of shipping, all items are calculated by weight. Yarn is bulky and often times will not fit in an envelope if the quantity is large. Any thing over 13 oz, domestic or 4# International cannot be mailed via 1st Class.
