Strange Turnings (that's me), I hand turned this Ramone Burl Seam Ripper. Ramone Burl looks like carmel colored Italian marble, reaslly very pretty. The Seam Ripper is 5 1/2 inches long with a silver bell cap finial. The tool is larger diameter than you usually see for seam rippers who have difficulty holding smaller tools. Larger diameter handle makes using a Seam Ripper much easier. Photo is of the actual tool you are bidding on. The finish is a very smooth, soft luster satin look. No stains, tints, varnishes, fillers, resins, or lacquer of any kind are used. The wood is burnished to its soft luster with a combination of British Conservators waxes.
