Timbertops Spinning Wheel & Lazy Kate. Suitcase Model. OUT OF PRODUCTION. Beautiful, oak (I think) spinning wheel. 18" diameter wheel. Comes with lazy kate and three bobbins (as seen in photos). Note the built in hook. Crafted in England. This is a collector's dream. This is the original portable wheel. You'll grab attention at the next guild meeting or spin in. The spinning wheel breaks down completely. The legs screw in. (In the "newer" version, legs just stuck in and where prone to falling out.) This wheel is sturdy and beautifully turned. All the parts are there. It spins beautifully. (Please note: if you have the sound turned up on your computer, the wheel will sound like a jack hammer. The other sound on the video is a ceiling fan. The backgroud noise that sounds like a plane taking off is the ceiling fan. It was my first attempt at making a video. The sound was turned way up and the mic is really good. The combination makes the wheel sound like a jack hammer...it's not. Turning the sound down on your own computer will help. Linda
