This is a vintage leather hole punch tool or rivet punch. This punch is marked on one side: Bernard's - Pat. Sept 25, 1894/RE Nov. 6, 1900/July 21, 1903. Other side is marked: W. Schollhorn Co./New Haven, Conn. The incremental wheel has four turning bits, each a different size. Turns great to lock in each bit. One bit though very rusty and corrosive. I admired this tool due to age and had this for a long time in my collection. Normal, vintage metal wear of course. It is about 8" long. I never even tried to use this item or clean up. I acquired this through an estate sale a long time ago. NO RESERVE WIILL BE SET !!! PAYPAL or Money Orders only accepted. No personal checks. All sales are final. Problems or complaints? Contact me first before you leave feedback. I'm sure we can figure out a solution. I aim to please. I'm not responsible for loss or damaged items during shipping. Once it leaves my hands, I cannot control the mail. I DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO CANADA. NO PICK-UPS. Payment must be completed within 7 days of the auction. Thanks for looking !!!!
