Van Gogh's "Starry Night" is hand hooked with newly dyed and recycled wool and attached to a green/blue cotton fabric. A dark blue striped cotton make up the lining. I like to recycle and use newly new items when I can so a beige belt is attached with buttons on each side for a nice long strap. The size is approximately 10 x 14. Spot clean only.
