Also, most items are listed by the piece, not necessarily by the package or sheet. Where do you get your supplies from? We are a scrapbook outlet for many major wholesale companies. The items we receive are all new and unused, however, some items may not be in retail packaging. This does not diminish the usability of the items we sale. When do I receive my kit? We generally ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The in transit time will vary depending on the shipping method paid for and can be found at USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for the package once it leaves our location this includes loss or damage. The Buyer is responsible for filing all claims if insurance is purchased. Insurance is required on ALL international packages. Payment Terms . . . Multiple Purchases . . . Non-Paying Bidders We do combine shipping within a 5 day period.
