This is 8 ounces of wool roving from our Shetland sheep Fergus. The wool was removed by hand with blade shears to eleminate oil from clippers. Then the wool was carefully skirted before sending it to be professionally processed into roving. The all natural color is a beautiful medium brown heather and it is very soft to the touch with little or no VM. We have a non smoking household.
