This is a great set of Stampin Up pigment watercolor pencils. Great for coloring in the stamps to add a special touch. These are soft lead and blendable, acid free. These pencils are in great condition and have barely been used. The set has 24 pencils. There is also a blending pen to blend in the colors from the pencils. This blending pen have not been used.
