Most screwdrivers are too small, too thin, too hard to hold or too big and long. The SHAY SHORTY has full sized tips but is only 1-1/2" long. They have wings on the lower handles that makes it easier to grip and turn if the screw is a little tight. Once the screw is loose, slide you fingers up to the top of the handle and quickly spin the screw out. The long 3" to 7" magnet pickup is perfect for fishing out lost pins, needles and screws that alway drop where they shouldn't.. They take up less room in your attachment kit and can be used for many other jobs around the house. The Needle Gripper has been a life saver for me when it comes to replacing needles in my serger and sewing machine. This amazing little tool will grip a needle with a push of a button and hold on tight. From the side or the front, you can slip the needle right into the needle clamp. Just tighten the set screw and you are ready to go. Pushing the button on the end of the Gripper will release the needle. It is small enough to fit in you attachment box. The Sharp Cutting Tool. Now, this is NOT a safety seam ripper It is RAZOR SHARP on the point and cutting edge. You must used it with care! But, it will allow you to get to some of those tight seams like nothing else can. The blade is bonded into an "easy to grip" handle that gives you great control. I have been using mine for years and it is still sharp. Just keep it away from kids and husbands. I have used these tool on my Singer Featherweight, Jamome Free Arm, and serger. SHAY Tools are made by a retired sewing machine mechanic.
