They felt that so many of the Halloween designs were "cute-sy", that they wanted to design a serious, dark and gloomy Halloween sampler. The headless horseman riding a wild horse through the woods and the story that goes with it was their choice. A great one, don't you think? All my patterns are brand new and come from a smoke-free environment.The model is stitched on #32 count linen over two threads , and the stitch count is 168 x 181. It is framed in a 12-3/4" x 11-3/4" frame, so that may give you some idea of the size. It is almost all cross-stitch with very little backstitch in the design."It was the very witching time of night that Ichabod pursued his travels homeward."
