It has over 70 spools of tatting thread in solids and verigated.All organized in a plastic organizer box. Most of the thread is made by Star a few are coats& clarks.All the thread is in clean condition.One vintage metal shuttle with bobbin,one newer shuttle with 2 bobbins,still sealed in pack made by Bernat in England. A couple pieces of tatted lace, Practice runs?A pack of 25 needles size 8, these are just a tad over 1" long. The pack is quite old and the writting was in silver and has worn some, but it looks like they say Betweens?There are 3 pattern books on edgings.One is dated 1953,another 1947 and the last 1954. The last one has some water damage,but I'm sure some or most of the patterns can be read. Actually none of the books are in great condition, they all show cover wear and one has some tape holding the back and front together,but for over 50 years old they look fair and can be used for the patterns and for color reference. There are also 3 hankies that need edging,2 look to be linen,the other a thin cotton,This is a great lot for a beginner or just to add to your stash. My Items are purchased from estate sales,so I have no way of knowing if they were from a smoke/pet free home. Please view all photos as a picture says a thousand words.
