Vintage Le Clerc bobbin winder. Turns freely, leather drive band, has some rust. The wheel measures 9" in diameter and the whole winder is 11" from top to bottom. Nice wooden handle. It is heavy and weighs about 4 pounds. This could also be used for winding wood cones for sock knitting machines. Sold as is, N0 returns. I'm cleaning house!
